Hello everyone!
I am new to this forum and hope your knowledge can help me.

However, the order was placed on June 19th and my product, which was supposed to be "shipped within 48 hours" and "delivered by Collissimo within 48 hours," is still not visible for tracking on Laposte.fr (Message after inquiry: Your package is ready to be shipped but has not yet been taken care of by La Poste).
After contacting the phone platform of Antiagression.com, I received two versions:
- out of stock (which I can understand)
- then a second version: Package sent but lost or stolen
I have to wait an additional 3 days to find out what is happening...
In your opinion:
- should I request a refund?
- is the Antiagression site reliable?
- how much can I negotiate a commercial discount for this delay?

Bonjour, j'ai effectué un achat sur antiagression.com (arbalète Barnett Predator) dont le prix est assez élevé hier soir (samedi 28 juin) et je me suis rendu compte ce matin qu'il y avait beaucoup de remarques négatives sur les temps de livraison. Je voulais savoir si c'était toujours le cas. Merci à tous.

I ordered a crossbow and some accessories from the website antiagression.com on January 19, 2015. The next day, my bank account was debited. And contrary to what is stated on the site, 4 or 5 days later, there was no delivery of the order. At first, I thought it was a delay due to the truck drivers' strike. I sent an email to the site, which went unanswered. I called several times, but no one answered.
It smells like a big scam.
Has anyone managed to get their money back instead of receiving the order?

I had placed an order last year without any issues.
This time, I ordered a shocker on December 18, and I received a shocker... but not the one I ordered. I then contacted them by email, and they sent me a return label, saying they would correct the mistake and offer me a pepper spray for the inconvenience. (I had already had to follow up with them twice to get a response...)
I returned the shocker on December 31... Since then, I haven't heard ANYTHING!
I've sent them 10 emails, and I've tried calling and letting it ring for 20 minutes, but no one answers...
I'm extremely disappointed. I would at least like to get back the 60 euros I paid. -
The site seems reliable at first glance.
Let's wait and see what it will yield.

I also placed an order of nearly 500 euros on this site since June 23 and have not received any news. When I call, I am told that I will be called back, but I must have called at least 5 times already and STILL NOTHING. No direct contact with antiagression, just a call center that takes the details. A REAL SCAM!!!!!

On Friday, I contacted the DGCCRF and went to the District Court to obtain a form so that the local judge could issue an order to the SARL NBM GROUPE, SIREN no. 503 712 630 (trading as "AntiAgression.com"), hoping for a quick solution...-
I confirm... no further contact with the anti-aggression company since my order at the end of January. They cashed the money... 88.90... via a BNP site
and since then nothing... unanswered emails... phone that no longer picks up... This company is part of a group...
it's a scam... because they have likely ceased operations. The banking websites that cash the money become accomplices to these scams. -
Hello everyone, I also placed an order on February 8, 2015, and not seeing it arrive on time, which was the 10th, I called and an operator informed me that my order would be delivered by Monday, February 16, then he hung up...
I tried to call back to request an email notification, but since then nothing... It rings with no answer, no responses to emails...
I will see on Monday but I'm not feeling confident...
I contacted the headquarters of BNP Paribas this morning "02/13/15", and they gave me an email address to report internet fraud: csirt@bnpparibas.com
If fraud is proven, then let's come together and submit all our complaints together; it will be faster for everyone..! -

I just checked again on the websites societe.com, verif.com, and the BODDAC, the SARL NBM GROUPE is officially active... so there is no judicial recovery or liquidation... but it is not delivering its goods even though it is collecting money and is unreachable (apparently, some have managed to get a contact on the phone.
Regarding the steps, either contact the DGCCRF as I did. The more reports this consumer protection and fraud repression service receives concerning this company, the better.
Another solution, for disputes worth less than €4,000, contact the local judge at the District Court, fill out the form "request for injunction to the local judge" cerfa n°12288*01 attaching the supporting documents for the dispute (it’s free). This is what I did.
And this evening, I contacted my bank which provided me with the details of their fraud and claims service that will send me a file to return to them.
There are also consumer protection associations that, for a small membership fee, will handle your disputes...
