Cdiscount, order confirmed?

Hello,
I am new to the site (Cdiscount) and I wanted to take advantage of the welcome offer, which is a 20% discount on the total price.
I just ordered a discounted television. I followed all the necessary steps up to the payment moment when I chose the "Cdiscount card" option.
They naturally asked me for my credit card information, followed by a form (a contract) to obtain the 20% discount.
Everything seems to be completed, except that neither in my emails (the address is correct since I received other emails from Cdiscount) nor in the "My Account" section does the mention "order validated" appear.. and when I want to track my orders, my television doesn't appear anywhere either..
My question is whether someone could confirm if I have indeed validated my order or if I have only validated my Cdiscount card despite having provided my banking information.
Hoping I have been clear enough...

Cdiscount is a problematic site; for most people who come to order their products, they never see their ordered items for 3-4 weeks... Not to mention the fact that I myself was taken advantage of (in a way since in the end I asked to be refunded after discovering that Cdiscount no longer had my order in stock while it was still available at the time of the order...) so I wish you good luck if you ever receive your order, if so that's great, otherwise request a refund and unsubscribe from Cdiscount and go to Amazon.fr where the services are very reliable.
