Well, I have the same problem as you, and while digging a little, I found this:

The idea of the program is great, but at my place, there is a SLIGHT latency on the video, and the sound is terrible.
But some people say on forums that it's perfect, so I think that by digging a little more, I will manage to solve my problem.

I've tried all the options for "putting the PC on the TV" whether with freeplayer or homeplayer, with a Freebox HD, while playing video files from the PC via FreeMi or Homeplayers works perfectly.

Is there a specific setting to be done on one of the elements in the chain, like HomePlayers?
