My PSP won't turn on!!!! What should I do??? Solved

Hello everyone, please help me, my mother just bought me a PSP 1006 (fat)  it won't turn on, only the power light comes on and the screen stays black, I don't know anything about PSP, I don't know what to do, please what should I do??? Help me respond!!!! Quickly please   Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Yes, as they said, if you bought it second-hand, it’s normal.  And a little remark! If you leave a device for days without using it (without turning it on):  1. First of all, the battery will discharge. (Not in a second, it starts to discharge and if you don't get to it in time, well......)  2. Secondly, say goodbye to your battery. That means your battery will not recharge anymore (that’s your problem!).  And there’s nothing you can do for the battery; you need another one! Or you can play with the charging cable like a video game console  (as I explained earlier). But I think it's a second-hand PSP, right?  Otherwise, that's all you can do, see you soon!

So, one is a 1006 and it's the old ones I think, because apparently it's not the same system as the 3004 (that's what I have) but you can always give it a try.  Already, let me say some nonsense, when did you turn it on for the last time and when and how did you turn it off?  See you!

You're welcome! A battery problem is when a battery doesn't charge, that's the issue you're facing. 1. So try with another one that works well (that charges). 2. Or try with the charging cable, meaning you play while the battery charges, like a console, you understand?  First, try the second solution to confirm the problem and avoid buying another one. And when you plug in the charging cable and play, it charges and works, then you can buy another battery! I had the same problem, so I'm not mistaken!  See you soon!

He's right, battery issue; you must have charged it poorly, or your battery is dying or in very bad condition.  Did you buy your PSP used or did you get it new?

It could also be that the end of your charger is broken, which is preventing the current from passing properly; I have this problem with my cigarette lighter socket.  Cheers
