Hi

I'm about to buy a digital camcorder on eBay... I'm still hesitating on the model choice...
How does a Digico DV 777 compare to a Sanyo, for example... A friend of mine has one and is very happy with her Sanyo Xacti 6
Give me your opinion... Would you recommend a particular model...
Thank you in advance...

I have the same problem; when I plug it in, my computer detects it only one time out of two, or even if it does detect it, it still can't transfer files.

Hello, you need to turn the camera on in PC mode (mass storage) and then connect it to the PC. In the workstation, an icon for an external device will appear. I do it this way and it works well... A++

Hello
I have the same problem except that Poline's technique doesn't work for me.
I can't select the mass memory mode even though I press SET, but nothing gets selected!! Please help me, I'm starting to doubt my new purchase!
Thank you very much in advance.

Hi Poline
your solution is the best, I haven't installed the digico software, as long as the device works with an SD card
a properly configured PC recognizes it automatically
connect the digico turned off to the PC
start
This PC
in removable drives there is the DV icon
right click on DV
open
and everything is there, then copy or send to >>>>>> image----my documents

avoid installing too many software it only creates conflicts don't look for the inventor
of powdered water because he doesn't exist
My greetings to all Michou52

Hello,
I use a card reader but the problem is with the webcam, how does it work (my computer doesn't recognize it and I don’t have the manual or the driver because I found it on the ground)?

Hello,

I don't know which seller you ordered from, but as for me, I received it in less than 48 hours...

I hope it will be the same for you...

Hello, I bought a digico777 on eBay; it looks great, but I'm having a problem with the LCD screen resolution, which is very dark, and I can't get the flash to work. Can someone help me??? Thanks in advance.

I also bought this camcorder on eBay and installed the CD that came with it... I could only install Media Converter..., as the others did not work... If someone could share the files with me, I would appreciate it...
Aside from this, I have a big problem... How should I proceed to burn my videos onto a DVD that I could play on any home player?
Which software should I use and how do I do it?
Thank you for your advice

To simplify your life with this type of device, do not connect it to your computer, but since it works with an SD type Memory Card, it's better to buy a USB adapter for the SD card (price on eBay = about €2). Then you plug it into the computer and you can view your photos and videos, etc.

Hello everyone
I just bought the DV777 as well
everything works fine except for viewing photos on the TV
I get a screen that appears after connecting both ends (choose 1 or 2 or 3) and after pressing any button nothing happens at all !!
does anyone have a solution ??
as for transferring photos to the PC, I do it with a card reader (perfect and fast)

I bought them from Xavier Hermida and he tells me that I haven't paid for them while I have the PayPal receipt showing that I was charged €140.
Thank you for responding, hoping for a reply soon.

Yes, I had the same problem. You just need to... You have the zoom or the eye if you prefer, and right next to it on the right, there's a button with a drawing of a tulip. You shouldn't set it on the tulip, but simply on the other one, and then you click on the square on the right arrow
and you'll see that you will have auto... active... anti-red-eye; you choose which one seems best to you.

Hello,
I just received my Digico DV777 and like everyone, I'm having a hard time...
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... apparently my PCs don't recognize the camcorder... so I need to fiddle with something. I'm looking into it, but it's not easy to find the trick.
I'm also having a problem with the video modes: the manual states a "night" mode... well, I haven't found it!!!! Trying to film outside at night... well, it’s completely dark, of course... lol
If anyone has a tip or a solution, please think of me.

I also bought a Digico digital camera, like everyone else I can't transfer my photos or videos to my PC via the USB cable.

Is there a phone contact for the brand to get information on how this Digico works?

Small mistake, it's the Digico - G4.

Hello, I bought the TCL dv 777 and I would like to make the webcam mode work. So I set the camcorder to PC Cam mode in the menu, but then nothing happens. It tells me to install the webcam driver. However, I can't find it on the CD.

Good evening,
I really want to buy a Digico DV 777, but the problem is that regarding the price I am skeptical about the quality of its photos and videos, and when they talk about 12MP, I am even more skeptical...
Could someone send me photos taken with this kind of device? I would be very grateful... thank you in advance...

Hello,
I bought a Digico DV777 digital camcorder online, but I don't have the user manual. Apparently, it's not possible to download it from the manufacturer's website. Can someone help me by providing photocopies? I will pay for the shipping...
Thank you in advance...

Hello, I have a DV 775, my problem is that when I film, it always opens a new session, we can't continue from where we left off. Is that normal? Thank you for getting back to me, and by the way, if anyone has a manual for my DV 775, that would be great... thanks a lot!

Hi! I'm really interested in the manual for the "digico" because my screen won't turn on anymore and I don't have the manual. Thanks for your help...

Yep, I bought a digital camcorder '16 mp" from digico&co&co, and although the original rechargeable battery turns out to be fine and good for use after testing, this device only works when the power cord is plugged in...
Is this a factory defect, or a "special series" from the importer? I'm also curious: this defect only appeared when the internal memory showed as full on the control screen... Anyway: this is how a "customer service" allows itself to steal OUR images, because the bad reflex is often to send the device back for replacement to customer service.....with the photos from the internal memory still inside!

Question and forum idea: have other users experienced this kind of problem with other devices from other brands? Answer: yes, and another example: Sony corporation bmg, condemned after it was discovered, in the playlistrack of millions of music CDs, a rather curious anomaly...
