bonsoir tu peu mettre ces courriers en indesirables et les dennoncer comme tentatives d'hameconage il dois y avoir une case a cet effet dans ta boite de reception !

Il devrait y avoir une banque de donnée spéciale pour ça, regroupant au plan mondial tous les coups tordus de ces "emplumés"!

Dans ce cas, la fraude semble apparaître clairement en comparant les mails reçus par plusieurs personnes : numéros identiques d'un mail à l'autre. Cependant, est-ce suffisant pour porter plainte tant qu'il n'y a pas eu de transaction ? Si pas de transaction, pas de victime au sens de la loi, tout au plus du spam. Faudrait voir du côté des lois anti-spam...

que la fraude est lieu ou pas, la tentative délibérer par une personne ou par un organisme de frauder quelqu'un est punissable par les lois françaises, je recois également des messages de ce genre, un site dénonce toute les lotteries frauduleuses...lottery fraud, il recense toutes les arnaques de ce genre...
La seule bonne attitude est de ne pas donner suite à ce genre de message, est des les signaler comme spam...
Sinon, vous pouvez prévenir la police nationale française, qui possède surement un service sur ce genre de problèmes sur internet...

Mes chers Amis et compagnons de LOTTERY j'ai une il y'a une semaine un Email bien foutu avec couleur POWERBALL POWER PLAY dans lequel un certain Michael Riggs FIDUCIARY AGENT, nom et fonction qu'il mentionné m'indiquant que je suis une personne chanceuse et que mon adresse Email a été choisie dans le cadre d'une LOTTERY et que je suis le gagnant de 600,000.000 GBP et qu'il voulait avoir mon affiliation (nom adresse, tel,fax, profession etc..)
et que j'ai le libre choix entre un chéque en mon nom ou un transfert de banque a banque.
je lui ai retourné les infos sans donner mon N° de banque ni mon adresse éxacte juste ma boite postale.
Il me répond, en me disant que pour faire le transfert il avait besoin de 0.001% soit 600 GBP environ 1180 USDOLLARS
il voulait cette somme via Western Union ou MoneyGram sous le nom d'un certain Kennon Officer mais a la meme adresse
que la sienne.' cette pseudo % est le prix de la police d'assurance que la banque exige.
je lui ai demandé de me donner le nom du notaire ayant assisté a ce tirage de lotterie et une garantie bancaire sur laquelle doit figurée mon nom et la somme du gain soit 600,000.000 GBP en outre je lui ai demandé de donner instruction a sa banque de communiquer ces éléments a ma banque par swift, et de laisser ta banque négociait avec la mienne je pourrai l'autoriser a déduire le % demandé.
Il n'a jamais répondu a ma demande et il est resté fixé a son exigence de 600 GBP suivant la formule de domiciliation WesternUnion ou maneygram je l'ai menacer de porter cette affaire a l'attention de scotland yard et de l'ambassade de Britanique. il me réponda qu'il était un bon chretien et qu'il a une femme et un enfant.
vs voyez que cela fait de l'effet de porter cette affaire aux authorités, parallelement a ça j'ai envoyé un email a la vraie POWERBALL USA qui m'a répondu it is a scam.

Il ne faut évidemment jamais répondre à ce genre de tentative d'arnaque (même pour rigoler, insulter, ...). En le faisant vous communiquez votre adresse mail (ou alors prenez-en une temporaire si vous voulez vous défouler).
Avec des spams classiques, c'est parfaitement inutile, les adresses sont bidons (c'est pour cela que cela ne sert strictement à rien de les mettre en "liste noire", de les bloquer).

Faites passé cette idée. Qui s'est à force de récomlté des pièce rouge ils en auront mare!! Punaise d'anglais..
Pour info, les victimes de ces arnaques sont majoritairement des étrangé...
Autre info, parait qu'il est plus sur de dresser un proces verbal pour (risque) usurpation d'identité surtout si vous leur avait communiqué des truc perso (num de sécu social, num figurant sur la carte d'identite, passport, CB...) enfin amusons-nous, aprés tout ça faisait longtps que j'étais pas allé au commissariat de police lol
