Sharp AQUOS LC 46LE730E TV issues

Hello,
I have a problem with my Sharp AQUOS LC 46LE730E TV since I updated it via the internet with a cable connected to my livebox, I can no longer access the internet or even connect my external hard drive.
The version of the update is 1.344, please help me, the TV is 1 day old....

Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 12.0

    I think the solution would be to call customer service.

    Hi

    in the menu you should have the option "factory reset" which will reset all settings to the factory defaults at the time of manufacturing.
