Hello, I have a problem with my computer. When I turn it on, once on the desktop, a lot of black windows appear with long messages, and titled NTVDM.EXE

My access to my icons and everything that follows is blocked.

Can you help me, please?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,
Start Windows normally, as well as the session, then press Ctrl+Alt+Del, there, open the task manager.
In the task manager, go to the applications tab and click on: new task, type regedit, do not touch anything else on it.
In the registry, on the left there is a dropdown list with small folders (keys).
Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ then SOFTWARE\ then Microsoft\ then Windows NT\ then CurrentVersion\ then Winlogon.
On the right there are values.
You need to find the value: SHELL, then right-click on it and delete it.
Then in an empty or white part of this same window, while staying on the right, right-click <<new value="" name="" the="" new="" file="" in="" uppercase="" shell="" or="" shell.="" />Right-click again but this time on the Shell value you just created, then click on: modify, in the field: value data, type explorer.exe, click OK, then close the registry.
Restart the PC.
