Hello,
I connected my PC to my TV via the video card and there's no color on the TV. According to previous posts, it might be a PAL or SECAM setting, but... how can I tell if my TV is compatible with PAL?
Is it written on it, or is there a trick with the remote? I can't see anything!
Thank you for your help.

Hi
If your TV is recent, it is likely PAL/Secam or even NTSC
I don't think that's the problem, but rather the video input settings on your TV
In the TV's config menu, there should be options to select the type of AV: something like video, S-video, RGB, or other.
Try the different corresponding options on the AV input that receives the signal from the computer
Sometimes you have to switch AV inputs because some are not meant for all signals (if your TV has multiple inputs, such as Scart or RCA)
I hope it works

Yes, indeed, by changing the type of AV, I can get a different screen color! But it's still mediocre... it's more like black and white, it's more like all red or all blue depending on the settings!! But you've rekindled hope in me!
YES! After a few more tweaks (especially changing the SCART connector, I think), a beautiful color screen with good quality displaying my PC desktop appears...!
Finally, I get to watch DVDs on a screen of reasonable size! Finally...!
Thank you, to you, illustrious stranger who saves my rainy evenings!

Good evening Charlotte

Hello!!!!!
Here is my problem: I have a French PS2 that I brought in my luggage when I went to Canada. The issue is that it turns on (I bought a converter to change from 220V to 110V because otherwise it is too powerful to plug it in there), the game starts with sound but the picture is glitchy and I tried on 3 different TVs and it's the same thing, so I don't know what to do anymore, if you have any advice I would really appreciate it!!!!!!!
