Il est possible que ton ligiciel Bitdefender rencontre un problème et bloque certaines choses. As-tu essayé de le désactiver pour lancer windows update ?
Tu peux aussi essayer de réinstaller Bitdefender.

Dans ton log hijackthis, tu peux fixer et supprimer cette ligne :
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [virus] C:\WINDOWS\system32\virus1.exe
qui est peut-être la source du problème.
Redémarre ensuite ton pc et vois ce qu'il en est.

J'ai fait trouner WindowsUpdateAgent2 pour réinstaller WU5 (que j'ai plus... on m'a dit que ça pouvait être à l'origine de mon problème) mais il plante: l'installation ne commence même pas, j'ai juste la barre d'avancement (vide) et je peux pas fermer la fenetre
sinon j'ai déja essayé de désactiver bitdefender pendant une mise à jour (en me déconnectant d'internet) mais ça n'a rien changé
par ailleurs j'ai l'impression que windows a déja téléchargé toutes les maj nécessaires mais refuse tout simplement d'une manière ou d'une autre de les installer
j'attends ton avis avant de réinstaller bitdefender (je sais pas si je pourrais réinstaller la clef d'activation pour la license que j'ai prise)

Cela peut venir d'une maj,ou d'un logiciel installe avant tes problemes .regarde si tu peux faire une restauration d'avant ton probleme.Quand a bit defender ca ne peux venir que d'internet

j'ai déja essayé de faire une restauration (tout récemment) mais ça n'a rien donné
d'autant plus que comme ça fait un mois que je me traîne avec ça, je n'ai pas de point de restauration aussi vieux
j'ai également essayé une fois de désactiver le parefeu de windows pour faire mes maj bitdefender, mais ça n'a rien donné non plus. je viens de réessayer: je sélectionne "désactiver" dans les options parefeu windows, "ok", tout bien comme il faut, mais dans la fenetre, il inscrit toujour "activé" dans la partie parefeu windows... :'( j'ai quand même lancé une maj

merci green day de m'aider
alors j'ai lancé le scan hier, et il a scanné jusqu'à 96% ou 97% puis il s'est arrêté, et j'ai l'impression qu'il a planté (j'ai attendu presque 2h qu'il reprenne, sans succès, sans rien lancer à côté)
mais jusque là il avait rien détecté comme virus, ou autre
d'ailleurs, aucun de mes anti spy ne détecte quoi que ce soit
voilà, je ne sais pas ce que tu en penses

eh bien je ne peux pas INSTALLER mes mises à jour que j'ai téléchargées il y a déja belle lurette

télécharge et execute ceci :
* CleanUp40 (qui élimine les fichiers temporaires + cookies : gratuit )
http://pageperso.aol.fr/Balltrap34/CleanUp40.exe
tuto : (merci à Balltrap) http://pageperso.aol.fr/balltrap34/democleanup.htm
* Ccleaner : Telecharge et installe ceci, dans la colonne de gauche clique sur "erreurs" coche toute les cases, puis clique en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois finit, clique sur "reparer les erreurs" et tu aura un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre tu dis "oui" puis tu recommences jusqu'a ce qu'il te trouve plus d'erreurs .
*Relance Ccleaner ,vas dans l'onglet "nettoyeur" present sur la gauche, decoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle
est cochée) puis clique sur "lancer le nettoyage"
ccleaner
tuto: https://www.vulgarisation-informatique.com/nettoyer-windows-ccleaner.php
ensuite :
Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) :
https://europe.f-secure.com/exclude/blacklight/index.shtml
et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ;clique Scan puis Next
Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).
Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

non en effet ccleaner a quand même réussi à trouver 23 MB dans ce qui restait après l'hécatombe par CleanUp40! surprenant
bref, j'ai fait le scan avec blbeta mais il a rien trouvé (je savais pas qu'un rootkit pouvait se cacher comme quoi on en apprend tous les jours) donc voivi le log:

bon eh bien voilà, j'ai réessayé plusieurs fois les installations de win et de office (au nombre de 12 maintenant) mais j'ai toujours cet échec
que je ne connais que trop bien
même sur le site de maj de windows, même en réinstallant le contrôle activeX et même en réinstallant le logicied de maj (d'après ce que j'ai compris)
mais sur les historiques de mes maj du site de WU, j'ai trouvé l'ereur 0x80070643
je l'ai aussitôt cherchée dans la kb française, mais c'est une traduction incompréhensible (https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/920660 dès qu'elle en vient à la résolution du problème

bon eh bien voilà, j'ai réessayé plusieurs fois les installations de win et de office (au nombre de 12 maintenant) mais j'ai toujours cet échec
que je ne connais que trop bien
même sur le site de maj de windows, même en réinstallant le contrôle activeX et même en réinstallant le logicied de maj (d'après ce que j'ai compris)
mais sur les historiques de mes maj du site de WU, j'ai trouvé l'ereur 0x80070643
je l'ai aussitôt cherchée dans la kb française, mais c'est une traduction incompréhensible (https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/920660 dès qu'elle en vient à la résolution du problème
la kb anglaise (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/906602 est plus compréhensible mais inabordable à mon niveau d'informatique (je ne sais pas ce qu'ils veulent à propos du sql)

Réparer les fichiers système :
· Allez sur le poste de travail
· Faites un clique droit sur disque C:\ (disque où se trouve votre système d'exploitation)
· Choisissez l’onglet propriété
· Choisissez l’onglet Outils, puis vérifier maintenant
