Uninstall utorrent

Hello,
I want to uninstall uTorrent. I've deleted the shortcut on my desktop, I can't find it in "all programs," but when I go to my control panel ---> uninstall a program, it shows up! I naturally click on uninstall, but it says: "please wait for the installation or modification of the program currently in progress"
After X searches on the internet, I downloaded Revo Uninstaller to remove uTorrent, but it's impossible. I'm lost, and on top of that, I'm not good with computers!
If a kind soul could help me?!

try uninstalling it in safe mode-

If you can't do it then it might be a virus issue
