Hello, I have a problem with my print-ready mockups made with Illustrator, my printer tells me he cannot print because there are too many masks
. I would like to know how to flatten my documents into PDF or other
to avoid having problems.
Thank you in advance

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 533.1

Strange... you really need to have very old equipment to have problems with masks...

If you provide the AI file, it may cause issues, especially with the recent versions of AI... but if you save it as a PDF from Illustrator, it shouldn't cause any problems... make a PDF V1.5 or 1.6.

Yes, he sees them in PDF V1.5. I don't know what else to do, isn't there a way to flatten everything to make it as simple as possible?

There is no flattening function like in Photoshop..

But you can still optimize your file by merging the effects, especially if you have transparencies...

If your service provider does not have very recent software... your transparencies will be pixelated.. you might as well do it yourself...
