Thank you very much for your help, it’s because the small photos weren’t checked, thank you very much ;) !!!
Hello.
When the photo does not appear, you need to go to File and click on Add file to Picasa or Add folder to Picasa. A window will open and you will look for the file or folder in question.

The JPEG photo files are imported correctly and then placed in the right web folder on Picasa.
In short, everything goes well until the moment I visit my site, and then I don't see the photos. Well, I see them, but they're just 96 gray thumbnails. I have two PCs, and it doesn't work on either of them, but it works elsewhere...
Windows XP Home Edition.
Thank you in advance.

Another possible solution might be in the Picasa FAQ below:
Some of my photos are missing in Picasa!
If you have trouble displaying photos or a folder in Picasa, check the following points:
- Small photos? Picasa filters photos smaller than 250 x 250. Check the "Small photos" option under the "View" menu to include small photos in your Picasa library.
- File type checked? Go to "Tools" > "Options" > "File types" and make sure that support for all formats is enabled. GIF and PNG formats are disabled by default, and the MOV format is disabled if QuickTime is not installed on your system.
- Monitored folder? Under the "Tools" menu, check the Picasa Folder Manager. An eye next to your folder means that Picasa is monitoring it for changes. If a red cross (X) or a green checkmark appears, check the "Always scan" box to monitor the folder.
- Hidden files or folders? Picasa does not display hidden files or folders in Windows. To check if a file or folder is hidden, open the File Explorer and navigate to its location. Right-click and choose "Properties" to check the attributes. The "Hidden" option must be unchecked for Picasa to display the files. Tip: If your file names appear grayed out in Windows Explorer, it means they are hidden.
- Disconnected network drive? If you store your photos on a network, check that the connection is working.
- Other collections? Not all folders are automatically placed in the Folders collection. Folders that do not contain digital photos may be placed in the Other documents collection, which sometimes includes the "My Videos" folder. Remember that Hello uploads are placed in the "From Hello" collection, while exports are in the "Exported Photos" collection.
- Filtered folder name? Picasa does not scan certain folders, including "C:\Windows," "C:\Program Files," and any folder named "Originals."
- Damaged or altered files? Some files may be damaged or altered. Yet another reason why it's important to perform regular backups! If Picasa encounters a damaged file, an error message will appear, and the file will not be included in the library.
- Unsupported file format? We can index several photos, but not all of them! Our help center has a list of supported file types:

Picasa does not display empty folders, does it?
But when we have prepared a folder in Windows to place specific photos later,
If Picasa doesn't display it, on the grounds that it's empty, how are we supposed to move the dedicated photos there??? ...
Thank you for your information.
François
