TE-8000F cash register stuck

Hello,
I just retrieved a TE-8000f cash register that hasn't been used for a long time. Unfortunately, when I turned it on, there was a page with a few words on it and in the bottom left “FC”; I couldn’t get off that page. I pressed random keys and suddenly the page changed and there were 2 lines: 1. flag clear and 2. data something. Unfortunately, not knowing what to do, I pressed the CLK1 key which triggered a beep and a red cross on the screen. The cash register is now stuck on this screen with a red cross (even if I close the register and plug it back in, this screen still appears). Can someone tell me how to unlock my register since it doesn’t respond to any keys? I have the user manual, but this situation is not mentioned. Can we reset the register to reprogram it completely, and if so, how? Thank you for your answers, have a nice day.
