Enable built-in webcam on HP

Hello!
I have a big problem; my webcam was working perfectly until yesterday and now I can't get it to work. I haven't changed anything but my software (YouCam) is asking me to check if the built-in camera is enabled.

What I would like to do, except that while following related topics, I realize that I don't have Quickplay HP, which is not the solution anyway. I have an HP Pavilion dv7, can someone please help me?!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.19

Hello!

Due to certain Windows updates, some drivers become incompatible, so they need to be updated. However, this solution doesn't always work. You can try the following (on Windows 7 only):

1) In the Start menu (Windows logo), right-click on "Computer" and click on "Manage". If you are not the administrator of your computer, a dialog box will open asking for a password. Otherwise, it should just take a few seconds to open.

2) A window titled "Computer Management" opens. In the navigation bar on the left side of this window, click on "Device Managers".

3) In the list that appears, you will find all the internal or external devices connected to your computer. Double-click on "Imaging Devices" located in the middle of the window. You need to find your webcam in the few titles that are displayed.

4) Double-click on the name of your webcam, its settings will appear in a new window. In this window, click on the Driver tab.

5) Click on "Update Driver...". In the new window that opens, click on "Search automatically for updated driver software".

6) Let the search run.
If a message appears stating that the driver is already up to date, this solution is not the right one; otherwise, update the driver by following the computer's instructions.

There you go! I hope this is clear enough!!!
