Software "reflex english", disc not re

Hello everyone

I just bought the "Reflex English" software from Cambridge.

Yesterday I installed it and used it without any problems.

But today, when I start the software, a "disk check" window opens, I insert the disc into the DVD drive, but it is not recognized... So I can't use the software.

Has anyone else encountered this kind of problem?

Hello, I don't have the same problem! The software installed, I can launch it, but whatever course or test I want to open, the page that opens is gray! Does anyone understand anything about this???

You need to place the disk in the installation drive.
If not, call the publisher's hotline, they have good technicians

Minou1123 I have the same problem as you. I just bought this software. The installation of the software on my PC went well.
I launch the software ... it asks me to insert the DVD (which is still in the DVD drive). I have the impression that it does not see the DVD even though I used the same DVD drive for the installation! The Insert Disc window (Cancel / Confirm) appears every 10 seconds.
Does anyone have an idea?
