Personally, I pay with an E-credit card, I have also paid with a regular credit card...

Out of curiosity, what payment method did your aunt choose?...

My aunt is also a long-time customer of La Redoute, although she has not placed an order for two years.

For the payment method, she chose a bank card (there was indeed the https) and afterwards, I thought the same thing, it's odd that they ask for bank details, I've never seen that, personally I've already placed online orders but they never asked me for that.

I placed an order on the redoute.fr a week ago now (on 09/10/2014). My order has remained up to this day marked as "being recorded" on my La Redoute account. I contacted the service about it by message but I have not received a reply to this day. I then called the service this noon who told me that they are currently having issues with their website. And indeed, my order would be "invalid." The person on the phone offered to redo my order with me live. However, I would have to pay again. My first payment has not yet gone through but it remains pending on my bank account... I am afraid of being scammed by paying a second time and that both payments will be deducted.
Has anyone ever been in this situation?

Same problem for me, my order is "being recorded" due to a technical issue on the site!
I sent two messages for which I was supposed to get a reply within 24H, nothing yet...
They have big financial problems, this is not how they will keep their customers.
I'll give them 24H and cancel everything, this is unacceptable.
