A Cou-companion (wallet) was gifted to me, and after a week the leather was already worn, as if it had been used for a year. The complaint was made within 2 weeks after the purchase - the LANCEL workshop considers the quality of the product to be in line with Lancel's standards!!!!! What can I say - bravo, bravo

There are scams on all websites selling Lancel. I ordered a bag and received the invoice from China indicating the bag's price ($35). After a month, the bag is damaged. All these bags are counterfeits. I don't understand how these sites operate and the state allows them. Lancel needs to file a complaint against all these sites and shut them down because there are a lot of victims, and we are losing money.

I ordered Alain Manoukian shoes that were supposed to cost 210 euros, sold for 79 euros.
Upon receipt, there was no manufacturing location, the size was wrongly engraved, and the shoe was slightly wider than a size 41; it smelled of chemicals like the shoes sold for 10 euros in markets.
I am convinced it's very poor Chinese manufacturing.
The scam is that three or four brands offer shoes on sale four to five times a year (Manoukian, Torrente, ...) this is a scam because no company can constantly discount their merchandise unless that merchandise is worthless and ordered for that purpose.
Not to mention that whenever you think you're getting a deal, there is suddenly a stockout; I think that often it's just a decoy to prompt orders for other items that will actually be delivered.
When will there be a consumer association to challenge the terms of the vente-privee contract, and why not collective legal action to seek compensation? -

having worked for them, I just want to clarify that the brand NEVER sells online. Therefore, it is impossible to buy genuine Lancel online without it being a counterfeit.
In fact, we often have customers who fall victim to these counterfeits coming to us to report the damage.
So NEVER buy Lancel online.-

False, there are online leather goods stores that sell genuine products. But not 80% or even 90% off! That's where you need to be cautious. Genuine Lancel sales are a maximum of 50% in stores, so it's the same on the websites since the brand gives directives to all its resellers. So, basically, you find the same bags discounted at the same percentages everywhere. The best way to get real Lancel is to wait for the sales and go to the store. I've been able to treat myself to several bags over the years that don't wear out at all.

Lancel does not have online sales, at least not for the moment. Soon, their bags will be available on the Galeries Lafayette website. But for now, all Lancel bags sold online are fake. Sorry.
