Hello,

Avast is a total SCAM. I have been a customer of Avast for a long time, and all of a sudden, AVAST is asking me to renew the subscription? Impossible to renew it to the point that I had to start everything from ZERO? AVAST has tricks to mess up your computer! That's what happened because of AVAST, which destabilized all my programs? Deplorable, isn't it! I had to format my hard drive and reinstall my Windows without Avast.
Tuneup 2012 solved my problems?...
Avast received my payment and claims not to have received it for the subscription? They claim they can't find the invoice! Was there no invoice? It took a long time and after 15 days they say that we do not refund! What a beautiful scam this company is?. A bunch of thieves that I accuse loud and clear?.

Good evening,

Interesting analysis:

The Avast company is a real SCAM I’ve been a customer of Avast for a long time and suddenly AVAST asks me to renew my subscription?

They don't ask you, they OFFER you

impossible to renew it

I don't know a company that refuses to renew a tacit agreement

AVAST has ways to mess up your computer

What’s the point????

I had to format my hard drive and reinstall my Windows without Avast.
Tuneup 2012 solved my problems?...

Well, what’s the use of Tuneup if formatting????

Was there no invoice?

Oh really, that implies you also don't have the means to prove the said payment

It took time and after 15 days they say we don’t refund

And yet on the official site, it states as it should:
30-day money-back guarantee

Good luck with the antivirus of your choice

I also recently purchased AVAST SECURITY by credit card but never managed to install the license key,,,,,,,,,????? ;..... > and for good reason, there isn't one... lol
A NICE SCAM INDEED, I was scammed out of 29.90 Euros and I have proof of my online card payment, and AVAST has remained silent!!! That being said, I have restored Bitdefender and I will never take AVAST again, FREE OR NOT, IT'S A SCAM ON THE WEB, THIS THING!!! IN ANY CASE, IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION > I'M INTERESTED to know that I have already tried to contact AVAST several times / their support but ALWAYS TECHNICAL FAILURE OR SOMETHING ELSE ?????? Thank you AVAST but well.... let this be a lesson for you too, and I can't be the only one looking for their license key after an ONLINE AVAST PURCHASE!!!!

Me too, suddenly Avast disappeared, I was supposedly no longer licensed while I still had more than six months left. I asked for my key, impossible, it was not recognized. So I changed antivirus and surprise, I had 67 viruses in two years of Avast protection. Thank you Avast, I’ll never use this antivirus again, it’s a first-rate scam and the technicians are incompetent.

I had a free version of Avast that started sending me ads every day to upgrade to the paid version; it became more and more frequent to the point that it could be classified as harassment. Then the computer began to slow down, crash, freeze, becoming almost unusable, and Avast displayed a so-called "detection of corrupted files" and suggested upgrading to the paid version... Then I uninstalled Avast, and there were no more issues. Coincidence? I find it very suspicious, and if it turned out that Avast uses such techniques to push people to buy, it could have legal repercussions. The challenge is proving all of this. Screenshots and so on...
