Skyrim Barenziah Stones.

Hello everyone, I have a little issue with my game TES V: Skyrim.
I completed the quest for the stones of Barenziah (strange gems) and I have found 17 out of 24 stones. I decided to look up their locations online. Unfortunately, I have done ALL of them and even with the video, etc... But I can't find the last one! I have explored them all from top to bottom (especially where the stone should be). I'm missing one. I've heard of a mod that adds a quest location (arrow on the map) for all the stones. I downloaded it from the Steam Workshop, but even when I check it in the list (data files) when starting the game, it doesn't activate. I have the same problems with other mods I downloaded that do not show up in the list. Just to share (or to help some), I have explored all these locations:
Solitude: Proudspire Manor
Solitude: Blue Palace
Thalmor Embassy (patch 1.4: the gem is moved to the end of the quest in the Relent Cave)
The Warm Sload
Winterhold Academy
Yngvild
Hob's Fall Cave
Markarth: Treasury House
Markarth: Cidnha Mine
Hag's End
Whiterun: Jorrvaskr
Whiterun: Necropolis
Whiterun: Dragon's Fort
Rannveig's Fast

Hi, I don't see where the problem could be since you visited all 24 locations.

Yes, I bought it and took the stone, and I've actually settled there with my wife. But I don't know if I took the stone from Elenwen's room during the quest, and apparently it would otherwise be in the Relent cave. Unfortunately, I don’t know where the EXTERIOR entrance is.

Indeed, it's impossible to enter through the main door, but after much searching around the embassy, I finally managed to find the entrance to the famous cave.

I found the stone and the crown. The stone was indeed in the cave of Relent, but I went through the trapdoor of the embassy.

Just one question, does the luck of the plunderer really help to find more precious stones?
And near the crown of Berenziah with the gems, when you hover the cursor over it, it displays "crown of Berenziah, activate." I did that but it doesn't change anything. In my opinion, it should serve a purpose.
