Issue with Ebay Autoparts Premium

Hello everyone

I wanted to warn all buyers of auto parts online to be very careful with the company Autoparts Premium. They sell parts that are 3 to 4 times cheaper than the market, but these parts are very low-quality copies.

For example: for the headlights, it is impossible to adjust them because the small manual adjustment knobs are fake, just like the electric lights.

    If the seller is in France, dispute resolution (Outside E-Bay..) is possible..
    If in the EU, it’s already more complicated..
    If outside the EU, it's better to give up..

    Out of 2 reviews, one is unfavorable... (Quality yuck and impossible to communicate..). It's worth noting that the seller has a very high satisfaction rating.. Strange..

      Here is the whole scam; everything is false. Comments are indicators of satisfaction. I don't know how they do it, but they attract people with that and the very low price of their products.

      I have some news regarding this company. I sent the package back to them because the parts were defective, and they refuse to refund me, claiming that it was not in that condition. I just got robbed of 80 euros by the company AP.

    Hi, I found them... they are indeed in Germany, the address is correct!!

    I also had issues with them, but they immediately exchanged the item and refunded the shipping costs!

    The quality isn't the best, but it's very good for the price!
    You can't expect first-rate quality when you pay less than half of the original!

    Yes, to be avoided. I fought for two months to get a refund, and only the threats from the police made a difference. So I'm spreading the word for those who buy on eBay: avoid this company. We are many who have been taken in by their logo on eBay.

    They are bad people who do business like that, I have bought four times and I have never had problems with them!
    They are fast, but from abroad it sometimes takes longer. That's normal.
    They call to warn and the contact is very good too.
    It's customers like you who cause honest sellers to have problems...

    I wanted to warn you about the ad for a Kubota micro-tractor listed for 2200 euros in the 53 area. The displayed phone number doesn't work. The person replies to emails without giving their name. They ask for your name, address, and they even come to your place to show you the micro-tractor with no guarantee that you will buy it. It's a big scam!!!!
