Freebox order issue.

Hello, we ordered a FREE internet + phone subscription.
We were with ORANGE before.
Orange cancelled our line, so we no longer have an email address
to track the order and messages sent by Free.
The last message said that the package would arrive in 10 days, but today it's been 20 days
and the package hasn't arrived.
The problem is that we cannot get any information because we no longer have the messaging... and if I call Free they ask for identifiers just like their site.
What should we do?

    It seems that Free also sends you an SMS
    if you've provided a mobile number

    Do you receive it at home or at a pickup point?

    If it’s a pickup point, you'll have to go there randomly

    If it’s at home, if you haven’t received anything, then it hasn’t arrived
    and thus, your mailbox or not won’t change anything

    Hello, you can contact the Free customer service directly at 0892135161 for more information. At the same time, you can provide them with an email address (Hotmail, Gmail, or other) so they can send you your confirmation letter; otherwise, ask for it to be sent by postal mail. ;)

    It's going to be complicated without an ID, because normally they send you an email to let you know when it's shipped

    And with just your first and last name, they don't want to provide you with information??

    Thank you for your responses, I call the relay point every day where my package should arrive, I will also call the number that "help:)you" provided.
    I will let you know if I succeed =)
