Hello,
I am using Windows 7 and I have a problem with SAMSUNG RECOVERY SOLUTION 4.
Well, I start Samsung Recovery Solution 4 at startup by pressing F4 (as usual).
As soon as I start a backup or restoration, it's impossible!!!!!!!!!
An error message appears:

"cannot open file 'Z:\WinClon\Logs\2012-03-17-User.txt'."
The system cannot find the file specified.

Please help me,
