My external USB hard drive wd 5000bev is recognized in the devices, the driver is good, but I can't open it, and it doesn't appear in "computer" how do I do HELP ME :)

    Check the Storage Device Manager to initialize and format it.

      I am not talking about the Device Manager (which you access from the Control Panel, and also from the 'Properties' of 'Computer'), but the 'Disk Management' menu in 'Computer Management':
      right-click on Computer
      Manage
      on the left in the appeared window, drop-down menu 'Storage'
      menu 'Disk Management'
