How to unlock the touchpad on my laptop

Hello, I have an HP Windows 7 and a few days ago my touchpad stopped working properly.
Indeed, it glides perfectly but I can't click with it. Has anyone had the same problem?
Please help me,,,,

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.11

    Hello,

    On some PCs, you can enable/disable the Touch Pad by pressing the blue "FN" key simultaneously with a key that represents the touch pad (for example, on an Acer, you need to press "FN" and "F7" at the same time).
