Hello,

I am using a custom header (PNG format) and I want it to be clear and not blurry when viewing my document.

    If you're talking about Word, it's normal for the header and footer to be "fuzzy"; you say fuzzy, but I would say more "transparent."

    But don't worry, do a preview before printing and you'll see that once printed, your file will be completely clear...

    If your document is going to be read digitally, save it as a PDF and then you won't have any issues.
