Restore my horizontal toolbar

I would like to restore my horizontal toolbar but I can't, thank you

Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 535.11

    Are you talking about the taskbar in the Start menu?
    If so, right-click on it to check if it’s locked. If it is, unlock it and then left-click on it and drag it.

    Hello,
    Letoine is right!

    1. Display your Desktop.
    2. Hover your pointer over a black area of your vertical toolbar.
    3. Drag it towards the center of the lower part of your screen while holding down the left-click: release the click when you have reached your destination; your toolbar will then be horizontal at the bottom of the screen.

    Maybe they "explain very poorly" but you don't make any effort to be clear in your request, you don't even specify which toolbar you are talking about, nothing.
