Hello everyone, I have a little problem and I would like to solve it as quickly as possible
so my problem is that when I turn on my iPhone 3GS 16GB, a message appears saying "activation required" and I can do nothing except see the picture of iTunes and the connection cable on my iPhone.
I connected it to iTunes but nothing happened, can you help me please?
Thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.11

Hello,
I have exactly the same issue, I manage to fix it, but the problem is that my iPhone often asks me for activation. For example, this week it happened to me 3 times. Since the restoration takes 1 hour, it’s really annoying, not to mention that I find myself without a phone all day until I get home to use a computer.
Basically, I would like to know where the problem comes from and how to make my iPhone stop asking for activation.
Thank you in advance. -
Good evening,
My son has the same problem. I consulted an IT specialist who told me that it's not normal for it to require activation every time and that we have to go to iTunes (activation should only be done once). Since the phone is still under warranty, he advises me to return it to my seller.
Here is the information I just received: brand new phone that's one month old. -
Good evening
I have exactly the same problem. I would like to know if when we start the activation, the phone's memory (that is to say photos, music) is erased? -
I don't see why she wouldn't be there, especially since it shows me the same thing even without the SIM card.

But no, I'm simply telling you that there is no reason it should be disabled, and even when I remove it, it still shows me the same thing.

Hello,
this has nothing to do with the SIM card, the problem can be resolved by restoring the iPhone with iTunes. The phone keeps shutting down and returning to the "activation required" screen. You need to connect it to iTunes, which, with some perseverance, will prompt you to restore the iPhone. Download the updates if iTunes asks for them; in the meantime, if you lose the connection, it's not a problem as it will turn back on and reconnect. Take advantage of this moment of connection to start the restoration (downloaded) and you're all set! Then follow the instructions on your iPhone and re-sync with a backup.
That's how I solved this problem. (time approximately 1 hour!!)
Good luck. -

You ask a question, I try to answer, and you act surprised by my answer, even though you know the answer and seem confident. Good evening @++++++++
