Scratched PC screen, remedy?

Good evening

Try making your scratch "transparent" with an oily product like petroleum jelly.
And clean up the smudges around it, which will be quite delicate, with a VERY mild detergent, absolutely no alcohol, unless your surface is glass.
There are indeed resins (check with chip repair people for windshields) but it all depends on the material of your surface, which needs to be determined.
As for the warranty, it definitely won't cover this..
However, you might want to check with your insurance, if the scratch resulted from a domestic accident?

I saw that there is a product called Displex, apparently it can reduce or even erase scratches, has anyone used it and could tell me what it's worth?
Apparently toothpaste could work too..

In any case, for insurance, it's not a bad idea!

I took a look at the information and reviews about this Displex.
They are very mixed, and you have to be wary of the origin of the very positive reviews.
One user complained about worsening the scratches. It was probably a screen with a plastic protective layer, or a touchscreen.
In fact, it's an abrasive; you have to scrub hard for several minutes. I can agree that it might smooth out the edge of the scratch, but it must damage the surrounding area.
It mainly depends on the material of the screen, which you haven't specified...

Personally, I would refrain...
Use something reversible instead...

As for insurance (if any), you need to read your home insurance contract and warranty extensions. It depends a lot on the insurance company.
If it involves an object falling on the screen, caused by a child, an animal, who knows, it might be considered...

It is true that trying to blur this scratch by abrasion seems somewhat risky.

Since it is an object that was dropped on it (the metal side panel of my PC that is no longer attached), I could indeed try to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance. At worst, since it was my girlfriend who dropped this door, she might be able to invoke her liability insurance.
