Hello,
I'm contacting you because I'm having a problem with my two BS-HPG-500/P powerline adapters. When I bought them, I plugged the first adapter into a socket and connected it to the box with an ethernet cable. I plugged in the second one, which I connected to my computer tower, and everything worked correctly; I had internet on my PC right away.
However, three days ago, I reinstalled my operating system (Windows 7) and now I can't connect. I feel like the two adapters are not connecting. I've tested everything and done all that is said in the manual (I have of course installed the driver). But nothing works. I've tried resetting them, plugging them next to each other, basically everything...
I'm a bit desperate, so if you could help me it would be great.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hello...
The powerline adapters have nothing to do with the OS... they sometimes serve between the router and the decoder, even without a PC....!
Check in the device manager if your network card is OK....
Best regards,
See you later
