Hello, to summarize, I have connected everything correctly, but 2 powerline adapters are lit up except for the one indicating: powerline
My first powerline adapter is connected to my box, how do I activate it? My second one is on my laptop, but it is not detecting it...
Need help as soon as possible, thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.10

Hello,

I'm bringing this topic back up because I've had a lot of trouble getting a "CPL Olitec 200 plus" device to work again, so if anyone is having the same issue... I've paired 4 with this method.

1: reset the devices devices plugged in one at a time: press with a fine point like a toothpick in the hole marked "reset" for 5 seconds; then press the security button for more than 10 seconds and wait for all the lights to blink orange

2: connect one device to the ADSL and plug it in: this will be the master device

3: press this device for more than 10 seconds on the security button and wait for all the lights to blink orange

4: Press the security button for 1-2 seconds then release, the light blinks green every 1-2 seconds; if not, press again

5: Plug in a device and press the security button for 1-2 seconds then release, the light blinks green every 1-2 seconds; if not, press again; after about 5 seconds, the lights on the second device turn orange then return to green. Pairing successful

6: do the same for the other devices.

Hi bibibaba
I would like to add another (3rd) powerline adapter from Hercules ePlug 200 M
to an existing OLITEC 200 PLUS network, but the third one is not recognized!
What should I do?
Thanks in advance

Hello,
first of all, the powerline adapters are not plugged into the PCs but into the electrical outlets. First, without plugging anything else in, are the lights on the electrical adapters lit?
- Are they properly plugged into two different outlets?

I'm sorry, but I'm not very knowledgeable. What does that mean?

Comment pourrais-je faire pour les mettre sur la même phase ?

Hello, is your PC set to automatic IP addressing?
It's normal for a light to blink. Next, what cable are you using?
If you plug both into a power strip, what happens?
When was your electrical installation made? Because both boxes need to be on the same electrical network (not separated by a circuit breaker or a differential coil).

Yes, the indicators are active and they are plugged into 2 different rooms.
I also noticed that by holding down the security button for 15 seconds, the powerline indicator lights up and stays on for 10 seconds...
Strange, isn't it?

You should have an installation CD delivered with it, is that the case?

Yes, but it only serves to configure the powerline adapters and at the moment it doesn't detect any.

Are you on single-phase or three-phase?

Hello,
to function correctly, the powerline adapters must be on the same phase, so there's no problem in single-phase, but there is in three-phase.

Hello,
does that imply that your power supply is three-phase, yes or no? If yes, there is a specific module available to address this issue, but I can't remember the brand!

Unplug your two powerline adapters and then plug them back into two different sockets in the same room; what does that give?

For 30 seconds, the CPL indicator of the first CPL is active, then it turns off. Next, the other one only has the power button that blinks intermittently every 5 to 10 seconds approximately...

Hello,
I cannot help you further because to do it properly, one would need to be on-site. The best option would be to contact the maintenance services of the company Olitec.

Good luck for the future.
