Turbo 85 Mbps Powerline Adapter

Hello,

I just bought adapters to get internet in a room that doesn't have a phone socket. The seller told me it's very simple: the first adapter connected to a socket and to the Box, and the other adapter in the other room connected to the computer... but it's not working. Do I need to set up anything specific on the computer for it to work? Can you help me out since I'm a novice? Thank you very much.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    I tested the outlets in the same room: it worked. Then I did the tests in the 2 different rooms... but I changed some outlets... I'm replying to you from the 2nd room.... IT WORKS!!!! Thank you for your precious help.
