Hello,
I have a problem with the decoder box. Just so you know, it's not at my place but at my parents' house who described the issue to me.
After activating the card by performing a first installation (everything was done correctly), my dad unplugged the box to connect it to another satellite dish in the house oriented towards ASTRA, of course.
First of all, he had to manually search again because the channels were not stored (strange, right?)
Then, while trying to find other channels on Astra, he made an incorrect manipulation regarding the LNB. He ended up choosing the "reset settings" option.
However, when turning it on, a message appears saying: "You have not performed an automatic search, do you want to do a collective search?" => Choice: "YES or NO".
Whichever choice is made, there are a few seconds of searching and the SAME message appears over and over. It is impossible to open the menu; everything is locked.
How can we reset everything so that the channels install automatically again? Or how can we get out of this? ...
