Hello,
I have an error 01 on my SAGEM DS86 HD terminal. This error appeared when I turned it back on. It does not exist in the documentation. The decoder no longer works.
So I'm not sure what to do after trying several power cuts and checking the connections.
This decoder had been working perfectly for at least 10 months.
If you have encountered this problem before, what can be done to fix it?

I advise you to return this thing to your customer service (we can't call it a TNT decoder but rather a "decoder fail"? Many people are having issues with the time and errors; this thing is a real piece of junk. Please share widely among Sagem TNT 86 HD owners

Hello,
so, Michel, do you have the solution? Where does this error 01 come from? I have the same problem on mine...

I don't have the same issue, but this is the second modem they're replacing for me... (DARTY).
And for the third time, after 6 months of good functioning, the modem has failed.
A TIP, DO NOT BUY THIS MODEM! It is of very poor quality. I'm going to have to change it and throw it in the trash... (even though it is still under warranty!)
What a waste of time and money!
