"diskette drive 0 seek failure" at startup Solved

Question

Hello everyone, since the reformatting of my computer, I get the message "diskette drive 0 seek failure" at every startup and I have to press F1 to continue... How can I remove this message please?  You might have deduced that it's a DELL because this only happens on them --'   Thank you   Configuration: Windows XP  --  Looking forward to hearing from you!

I suppose no floppy drive?? If so, you go into the BIOS and disable the floppy drive seek.

Hello! You should check in the BIOS at startup of the PC in the boot tab which device is set as primary, and choose the hard drive or DVD drive as first, and even disable the diskette drive 0. https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-3573639-diskette-drive-0-seek-failure -- Solidseb!
