I got scammed with the post office and Western Union. After asking the post office for information, it's impossible to recover money if you don't know the identification number (the famous MTCN) and the so-called question/answer that is useless. The money was indeed cashed without any issue and for me, without seeing a car, so here's a piece of advice: don't use WESTERN UNION for transactions and especially don't trust the counter clerk at the post office.

    You buy a car without seeing it and you pay in advance.. lol
