Bonjour,
je pense etre infectée par le virus Serwab car lorsque je me connecte a internet une fenetre s'ouvre en me disant que je suis infectée et me propose d'acheter un anti virus.
je viens de scanner mon ordinateur avec Bitdefender mais il ne trouve rien.

j'vois pas de Bitdefender mais du Norton :-/
Telecharge, installe puis mets à jour ce logiciel(Ewido), une fois que c'est fait, fais un scan complet de ton système, supprime (delete) tout ce qu'il te trouve puis colle le rapport ici

Est-ce que le virus peut empecher de fonctionner une web cam? Car j'ai installé ma webcam logitech, et j'ai un message m'affirmant qu'elle est utilisée par une autre application, alors que non.

Le message n'est pas réapparu par contre ma webcam ne marche toujours pas car ca ecrit qu'elle est utilisée par une autre application alors que tout est fermé.

je l'ai déja installé et reinstallé, mais ca ne marche toujours pas. Elle apparait bien dans le poste de travail, mais des que je veux l'ouvrir ca me mets "pas connectée ou deja utilisée par une autre application" alors que rien n'est branché.
C'est pour ca que je pensais que ca venait de ce virus, mais comme il n'y a rien...

désinstalle la completement et proprement via panneau de config -> ajout/suppression de prog et nettoie ton registre avec ce log :

Lance le, va dans preference, language, et met french.
là tu le lances tu cliques sur outil registre/outil/nettoyeur de registre/continuer /démarrer
là tu le laisses faire c’est un peu long
quand il a fini
tu sélectionnes les ronds verts par paquet de 20 ou 30
une fois que tu les a sélectionnés tu cliques sur supprimer en bas à droite
et tu continues jusqu’à ce qu’il ne reste plus de ronds verts
ensuite réinstalle la via le CD d'installation.

Tu n'as pas de point d'interrogation ou d'exclamation jaune dans le gestionnaire des taches sur ton periph d'image ?
Panneau de config (en affichage classique) - > système -> matériel -> onglet 'matériel" -> gestionnaire des périphériques -> "peripherique d'image" tu vois bien la reference de ta web ?

non il n'y a pas de point d'exclamation devant le periphérique video, ni meme devant les controleurs usb.
