Hello,

after a lot of research that led to nothing, I’m presenting my problem.

I have been posting ads on leboncoin for a few years; I am passionate about motorcycle mechanics. So, I buy motorcycles and parts, and sometimes I sell them too! Anyway, recently I’ve been having issues with the site leboncoin. When I make an ad, once it’s done, I validate it and the next day I receive an email saying that my ad does not comply with the terms of use and that it hasn’t been accepted because it seems it should be listed in the Professional section instead of the Individual one.

However, I am an individual; I am still a minor!!!!!! So what can I do to have my ads approved? I have sent them emails about this but never get a response.

I changed my email address and still have the same problem! In my ads, I even stopped putting my phone number, I’ve entered a city close to my home rather than my actual city, and for the seller's name, I used something else, but even with that... my ads are all stopped.

    To have the ad approved

    1-Delete cookies
    2-Change IP address
    3-Open a new account with a newly created email address

      Thank you, I will do it right away. Last night I posted 4 ads featuring 1 vehicle and 3 motorcycle items, and only 2 ads went through... I created the email address yesterday for that! So it's a bit disappointing...

      I think Leboncoin has changed its policy and is restricting ads to force us to pay for ads at €3... it's disgusting but that's how it is. Well, maybe I'm wrong, but before it worked very well without any problems! And now... it's lacking!
