Hello,
SFR just sent me an email to unlock my Sony Ericsson K770i. In the procedure, they are asking for my NCK code, but I do not have it. I have sent a request to SFR but have not received a response yet. Could you please help me? Thank you in advance.

Good evening, while doing some research on the internet:
NCK, which stands for Network Control Key, is a network control key.
This code allows you to unlock a GSM phone sold with a SIM card by a mobile operator so that it can be used with a SIM card from another operator.
What you need to do is contact your former operator to get the unlock code
