How to recover my free pop password

the email box is indicating a pop free error message

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 9.0

    Are you the creator of the ADSL/telephone line?
    Because I know that I had lost a password but since I wasn't the holder of the internet line, I asked the person who is the holder of the line and he was able to unlock my email address by logging into the Free account!
    If you have lost the password to your account that corresponds to your phone line, contact Free directly.
