Question

Bonjour, 
Je viens sur ce forum pour avoir votre aide, depuis quelques temps, mon ordinateur n'est plus contrôlé par moi même, le menu démarrer s'ouvre tout seul, l'ordinateur se met en veille tout seul, de temps en temps il y a une touche qui s'active sans que je l'active en appuyant dessus. J'ai installé Zone Alarm quand j'ai acheté l'ordinateur, et j'ai Avira Antivirus qui est toujours à jour, ainsi que Malwarebytes pro qui n'a trouvé aucun virus.
Je peux aussi vous dire que ces problèmes de touches ne se passent que quand je suis connecté à internet. Pensez vous que je sois victime d'un piratage?

ne concluant pas vite, mais avant tout téléchargez hijack faites un scan et postez nous le résultat, mais de ces symptômes je dirai que votre système a été compromis 
si ton problème est résolu marque la question comme résolue tu aideras d'autres personnes tout comme on t'a aidé

je viens de faire un petit scan méticuleux sur les processus que je connais pas, voila le résultat :

les autres antivirus l'ont pas détecté, vous devriez désinstaller ce programme ou le supprimer
