Hello,
I am having an issue with my HP Photosmart C6380 printer and my MacBook Pro 13" (Mac OS Lion). I am unable to print double-sided with Office 2011 (I cannot check the box to enable the option).
I have already reinstalled the drivers and looked in the printer settings in System Preferences.
Thank you in advance.
Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 534.52.7

Hello,
Are you sure your printer is capable of automatically duplex printing? What does the manual say?
Without this function, you can't print on both sides unless you flip the sheet after printing one side and start the printing on the other side.

I assume, since you're not saying otherwise, that your document has 2 or more pages and you want to print them in duplex.
I'll select the first page, print it, turn my sheet in the paper tray, select the second page, and print; that should do the trick! No need to try to select duplex! Since the printer is not capable of doing it, the duplex function remains grayed out.
This is just an assumption, and the work is longer, but it's a solution.
thanks for the advice
