Word très lent et bug

Bonjour,
Depuis plusieurs mois j'ai un problème avec word. En effet, il est très lent à l'ouverture ainsi qu'à la fermeture et bug tout le temps. Un message me dit que word a rencontré un problème et doit fermer. Tout ceci se fait très lentement. Je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai pensé à un virus donc j'ai utilisé MBAM mais rien n'a changé. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé word mais rien n'y fait. Même si je ne fais qu'ouvrir et fermer sans rien écrire, j'ai le message d'erreur et toujours aussi lentement.
A chaque fois que j'ouvre un dossier word, il ouvre un dossier temporaire dans modèles et celui ci reste présent après la fermeture.
Pourriez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

J'ai un nouveau problème, je n'ai plus de son au PC.
De plus, j'ai un message de Windows qui dit :
"Search Files.exe - Erreur d'application
L'instruction à "0 x 049db622 a" emploie l'adresse mémoire "0 x 0000014" la mémoire ne peut être "read". Cliquer sur OK pour terminer le programme".

Je ne sais pas si cela est du au fait que j'ai installé un nouveau logiciel ce matin (certainement, car avant l'installation, je n'avais pas eu ce message). Voilà, je t'explique : j'avais téléchargé "Any Vidéo Converter Professionnel" sur le PC il y a environ 2 semaines et suite à l'évaluation j'ai acheté la licence. J'ai voulu l'installer hier soir, mais le code ne correspondait pas au logiciel. J'ai donc envoyé un mail au distributeur qui m'a dit de télécharger "Any Vidéo Converter Ultimate", mais lorsque j'ai voulu l'installer j'ai eu des messages qui me disaient que « Le logiciel Any Soft Virtual Sound » et « Controleur audio vidéo et jeu » n'ont pas été validés lors du test permettant d'obtenir le logo Windows et vérifiant la comptabilité avec Windows XP » J'ai donc interrompu son installation.
J'ai renvoyé un mail au distributeur en précisant bien que j'avais un système d'exploitation XP ainsi que les messages de Windows et il m'a répondu :
« Any Video Converter Ultimate possède plus de fonctions que Any Video Converter Pro, par exemple, enregistrer vidéo.

La licence vous avez achetée marche seulement sur Any Video Converter Ultimate, donc il vous faut télécharger le logiciel ultimate »

J'ai donc installé ce logiciel (en ayant tout de même une appréhension). Il s'est ouvert correctement.
J'ai vérifié si les fichiers audio fonctionnaient mais je n'avais plus de son.
J'ai donc immédiatement désinstallé le logiciel, toujours pas de son, donc j'ai fait une restauration de système à hier au dernier point de restauration qui était « suppression JAVA (TM) 6 Update30 » et à la réouverture du PC j'ai eu du son à nouveau ainsi que tous les logiciels sur le bureau utilisés pour la désinfection du PC.
J'ai refait la suppression JAVA 6 et ensuite j'ai refait « PureRa » Clean.
Mais voilà à nouveau plus de son.
J'ai vérifié dans les points de restauration d'aujourd'hui : il y a 12 h Opération de restauration, puis 12 h 11Software Distribution Service 3.0, puis 12 h 57 supprimé Java 6 et 12 h 58 Software Distribution Service 3.0. Je suppose que ce Software sert à faire les mises à jour ?

Donc voilà ce qu'il en est, pourrais-tu m'aider à nouveau s'il te plait ? Je m'en veux beaucoup d'avoir acheté et installé ce logiciel... La version d'évaluation allait parfaitement bien.

Je n'ai pas eu besoin de suivre les procédures que tu m'as indiquées pour le son car il est revenu comme par enchantement???

Par contre, par moments, le PC est très lent que ce soit pour ouvrir un programme, ouvrir Internet, réagir à la souris, écriture saccadée de plus, j'ai des problèmes avec la vidéo qui est devenue très saccadée, qui s'arrête de temps en temps (bien que le son continue). Tout ceci je ne l'avais pas avant.

Au démarrage j'ai un message qui dit que "Picture Package n'a pu s'initialiser correctement et demande de redémarrer", ce que je fais, mais je peux avoir ce message 3 fois de suite.
De plus, auparavant le PC reconnaissait ma livebox et la souris bluetooth au démarrage mais plus à présent.

Penses-tu que je vais devoir formater mon disque dur ?

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

Les logiciels d'émulation de CD comme Daemon Tools peuvent gêner les outils de désinfection. Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement :

si tu as ce genre de d'outils sur ton pc Utilise Defogger pour les désactiver temporairement : sinon passe directement à combofix

* Télécharge Defogger (de jpshortstuff) sur ton Bureau
* Lance le

* Une fenêtre apparait : clique sur "Disable"

* Fais redémarrer l'ordinateur si l'outil te le demande

Note : Quand nous aurons terminé la désinfection, tu pourras réactiver ces logiciels en relançant Defogger et en cliquant sur "Re-enable"

** SURTOUT INSTALLES LA CONSOLE DE RECUPERATION
(si il te propose de l'installer remets internet)

? Ne touche à rien(souris, clavier) tant que le scan n'est pas terminé, car tu risques de planter ton PC

*En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

* Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

** /!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\

Je suis désolée, je n'ai pas pu m'occuper du PC cet après-midi.
J'ai effectué un scan avec mon anti virus AVAST mais j'ai un problème car je n'arrive pas à copier la liste des fichiers qui n'ont pu être scannés. Il n'y a pas non plus de menu contextuel. Je suis allée dans le dossier AVAST ou j'ai trouvé le dossier "Report" mais il n'y a rien dedans.
Pour sauvegarder les fichiers non scannés (et il y en a beaucoup) j'ai fait 3 captures d'écran que j'ai collés dans Word. Le problème, c'est que je ne sais ou les envoyer ? Je te recopie ci dessous le résumé AVAST :

Le PC a retrouvé sa réactivité depuis le passage de ComboFix... Je n'ai plus de saccades, l'écriture est redevenue normale, les programmes s'ouvrent beaucoup plus vite. Et je pense que cela ira encore mieux lorsque j'aurai transféré mes fichiers trop importants vers un autre disque dur.
D'autre part, je suis contente car le clavier de mon PC s'est refroidi... Il était devenu très très chaud et cela m'inquiétait.

Puis Lance ZHPFix depuis le raccourci du bureau .

* Une fois l'outil ZHPFix ouvert , clique sur le bouton [ H ] ( "coller les lignes Helper" ) .

* Dans l'encadré principal tu verras donc les lignes que tu as copié précédemment apparaitrent .

Vérifie que toutes les lignes que je t'ai demandé de copier (et seulement elles) sont dans la fenêtre.

Clique sur le bouton GO

Copie/Colle le rapport à l'écran dans ton prochain message.

Bonjour,

Il te reste qu'à supprimer les outils de désinfection avec Delfix et créer un nouveau point de restauration comme expliqué >>> ICI <<<
