bonjour,
je voudrais m'escuser aupres de 3x je n'ai pas su venir plus tot
ce que je sais c'est que j'ai reussit a remettre mes haut parleurs et que de ce cotés la tous fonctionne tres bien merci de ton aide
maintenant le petit probleme qu'il me reste c'est le fameux about blank.
ce que j'ai trouve aussi c'est que c'est sur ma page d'ouverture et quand sa l'arrange que sa vient il se trouve dans outils (options internet ) et c'est dans le 3 ieme rectangle et je ne sais pas ce que je dois faire pour le retirer le 1er c'est page actuelle
le 2 ieme page par defaut
et le 3 ieme page vierge et c'est dans celui la qu'il est inscrit about:blank et je j'ai deja ete dessus et je l'ai effacer mais il revient a chaque x

je vous remercie de m'aider

Recommence le # 149, et je ne veux plus de rapport HijackThis.

Je veux le rapport qui sortira de l'analyse de BlackLight

( je reste persuadé que tu l'as déjà fait une fois quand Régis59 l'a demandé au # 144 à 21H47 - il semblerait même que tu l'aies fait à 21H56 - toi ou quelqu'un d'autre à tes côtés - )

Ce n'est pas ce qui est décrit dans le tuto de Blacklight au §H , contenu dans la bible que je t'avais donnée au # 81.

ATTENTION: Je veux être sûr que tu as bien suivi ma procédure du #149 où je dis :
« En fin d'exécution, le résultat s'affiche. Cliquer sur Close .
NE PAS choisir l'option 2 "Cleaning/Rename" maintenant: il faut analyser le rapport!
»

Si durant tous ces chipotages, au lieu de cliquer sur "Close", tu as cliqué sur "Step2-Cleaning" puis "Next" malgré que j'écrivais « NE PAS choisir l'option 2 "Cleaning/Rename ... »; eh bien, tu as foutu en l'air le travail de recherche.

Je préfèrerais que tu dises la vérité. Il n'y a pas de honte à cela.

Maintenant, tu vas faire ceci comme tu as déjà appliqué au # 135; ( puisque tu dis que le rapport se trouvait en C:\....\bureau ) :
•- tu fais CLIC sur "démarrer" > "rechercher" > "tous les fichiers et tous les dossiers" > dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre, tu écris ceci dans la case vide supérieure " fsbl " > ensuite tu cliques [ rechercher ] et dans la liste qui s'affiche APRES la recherche, tu retrouves les rapports à poster ; poste les tous !
•- sinon, tu vas en "Bureau" ( comme tu as fais cette nuit ) et tu postes tous les logs " fsbl "

Non seulement, tu m'en avais déjà envoyé trois ( dont le dernier était équeuté, d'ailleurs ); mais voici que tu te dis maintenant en retard d'expédition .

Je ne peux pas continuer ainsi.

En espérant qu'Afideg, Régis et Boulepate soient ok avec moi pour la suite

BlackLight

Étape 1:
Télécharger Blacklight (de F-Secure) depuis la page: <
https://www.f-secure.com/en >
(clic sur le bouton bleu "I accept", puis sur "Download Blacklight Beta graphical user interface version")
Enregistrer le fichier sur le Bureau.

Étape 2:
Double-cliquer sur le fichier blbeta.exe et accepter la licence (cocher le bouton devant "I accept the agreement").
Cliquer sur Next puis sur Scan
Attendre (jusqu'à 10 mn).
Pendant le scan, il y a affichage de la liste des dossiers balayés.

En fin d'exécution, le résultat s'affiche. Cliquer sur Close .

NE PAS choisir l'option 2 "Cleaning/Rename" maintenant: il faut analyser le rapport!

Il y a eu création sur le Bureau d'un fichier rapport nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres)
Envoyer le contenu de ce fichier en réponse.

Une fois fait, reposte un rapport hijackthis

je sais que c'est epuisant ce que vous faite mais pour moi aussi et en plus je suis debutante
le truc aussi c'est que quand j'envoie un nouveau fichier et que je sais que c'est le blancklight car il a le meme contenu que dans les tutos
donc je sais que c'est bon et j'envoie ce qu'il me donne je c'est pas envoier plus

Comme quoi quand on gueule un peu ,tu fais les choses correctement...........

j'ai deja fait tous ce que l'on ma demander au dessus et je le refait encore

Il suffit de suivre à la lettre ce que l'on te demande et de répondre aux questions que l'on te pose.

Salut ;

Télécharge Brute Force Uninstaller (de Merijn) ici:
http://www.merijn.org/files/bfu.zip
Créé un nouveau dossier directement à la racine de ton disque dur ou l'endroit qui te convient, nomme ce dossier BFU.
Décompresse le fichier téléchargé dans ce nouveau dossier (par exemple C:\BFU)

Ensuite, télécharge EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica) :

Fais un clik droit ici : http://metallica.geekstogo.com/EGDACCESS.bfu et choisis "Enregistrer la cible sous..." afin de télécharger EGDACCESS.bfu (de Metallica). Sauvegarde dans le dossier créé (C:\BFU). **Note : si tu utlises Internet Explorer ; lors de la sauvegarde, assure-toi que le champs "Type :" affiche "Tous les fichiers". Tu dois maintenant avoir deux fichiers dans le dossier C:\BFU : EGDACCESS.bfu et BFU.exe (très important).

Lance "Brute Force Uninstaller" en double-cliquant BFU.exe (Dans le dossier C:\BFU)
- Clique sur le petit dossier jaune, et clique sur : EGDACCESS.bfu
- Coches la case Show log after script ends
- Clique sur Execute pour que le fix fasse son boulot :-)

Attends que le message Complete script execution apparaîsse et clique sur OK.
Un rapport va s'afficher dans la fenetre du programme, copie et colle dans le bloc-notes, puis sauvegardes le, tu le posteras plus tard sur le forum.
Clique Exit pour fermer le programme BFU.

Ensuite, lance Blacklight en double cliquant sur blbeta.exe et accepte la licence.
Clique sur Scan pour lancer l'analyse.
Une fois fait, selectionnes chaques fichiers trouvés et clic sur "RENAME"
Puis valide.
Réponds oui aux messages d'avertissements et te demandant si tu autorises le reboot du pc.

Après le reboot du pc, les fichiers :

c:\WINDOWS\system32\nlrfaqdpih.dat
C:\windows\system32\nlrfaqdpih.exe
c:\WINDOWS\system32\nlrfaqdpih_nav.dat
c:\WINDOWS\system32\nlrfaqdpih_navps.dat

devraient être visible et pouvoir être supprimés sans aucuns soucis.
Blacklight ne les supprimes pas, il les renommes simplement et il va falloir que tu les vires toi même:
Va dans C:\windows\system32\ et recherches et effaces:

nlrfaqdpih.dat.ren
nlrfaqdpih.exe.ren
nlrfaqdpih_nav.dat.ren
nlrfaqdpih_navps.dat.ren

Une fois fait, reposte un rapport hijackthis + le rapport de BFU que tu auras sauvegardé et un nouveau rapport de blacklight.
Juste pour info, tu as eu installé le logiciel mailskinner ? (emoticone pour la messagerie)
Tu peux verifier s il est dans ajout/suppression de programme?

voila marie je l'ai avait deja envoyer mais bon afideg ne les a peut etre pas vu
cela ne fait rien et je viens de faire comme il me la conseiller reprendre au dessus le numero *1* et j'ai envoyer un rapport sur virus /securites
voila regis ce que tu me demande c'est au dessus de mes forces et en plus y a pas de tutos avec je sais que je vais pas u arriver
je suis desolee d'avoir pris autand votre temps il vaut mieux que vous aidiez des gens qui comprennent mieux c'est trucs la!!!

mais comme afideg m'avait conseiller de refaire le 1 ier des message et bien j'ai essaiyer mais je crois que j'ai fait fort


j'ai fait des avast et des ewido des aboutbuster et des je sais plus quoi et de ce fait je crois avoir vider mon ordi car il ne me reste plus que 1 barre d'adresse au dessus que dois je faire et il me semble que je sais bien car j'ai l'impression que je sais aller un peu mieux sur l'ordi

mais comment etre sure que about blank est bien parti

mais il est lent quand meme

bon ssang j'arrive pas a cree un nouveau dossier
le dezipper je sais le faire maintenant
