Is Remboursetonforfait.com reliable?

Hello,

I have already done some research on the internet and some people say that this site is reliable, but when I saw the style of the site, I am suspicious... What is the truth about it? And how does it work? I mean, are the fees deducted from the plan or are they charged extra (outside the plan or something)?

I always have credit left at the end of the month, and since I have a blocked plan, I would like to "get rid" of it so it doesn't carry over.

Thank you

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 9.0.1

remboursetonforfait is neither reliable nor serious, the people working there are incredibly incompetent, to the point that it seems they don't even know how to speak to a customer. I was tricked out of over €30 that got blocked, and they tell me my account is suspended blah blah and that I need to provide so many documents that I won't have all of them (provide an invoice for a prepaid SIM? I don’t even keep my top-up receipts). Their website is also terrible, everyone is abandoning them right now because they have quite a repulsive behavior unworthy of a company claiming to have millions of euros in payouts. I even believe it's because they've lined their pockets at the expense of customers that they dare to behave like thieves today.
There are other serious sites, which I won’t name, that you just have to enter to see, and customers are treated with respect, not insulted. I swear, on their Facebook at RTF, it’s even the site’s manager who tells customers to shut up or that he’s had enough, and I’m not even talking about the other arrogant bearded guy who thinks he’s the master of the world with pathetic arrogance, or another one who should be a cop because the only reply she gives is "contact customer service" .... no sense of responsibility and worthy of a playground.
Then their guestbook, no joke, you will never see a negative comment there (I mean negative in the literal sense). They compliment themselves, and it’s the same in the forums, or recently on Twitter where they directly denigrate one of their competitors RVF by calling them a serious competitor that invented nothing. It’s pathetic.
I was about to lose my plan, I thought I’d get reimbursed, I was a real sheep, in any case, and well I lost my money, so don’t do like me.

Remboursetonfrofait is the number 1 in terms of refund/payment
I have been using it for a long time, but you can only get the money transferred to your PayPal account.

Remboursetonforfait is very reliable! I've been using it for 4 months and I've already received a check for 50 euros, of course, you need to have a blocked plan!

Hello everyone, I was also on RTF and I switched to forfait-gagnant.com and I don't regret my choice. The customer service is much more attentive and it's less factory-like.

I totally agree with you Richard, I wanted to convert my large amount with those thieves at remboursetonforfait.com and they blocked my funds by asking for an invoice from my provider, which I sent them, and now they are asking for my ID and to justify my use of their site!!! There is no way I am giving these crooks a photocopy of my ID! So here’s some advice

    DON'T GO THERE!!!

    remboursetonforfait.com = THIEVES

Hello, if you have a blocked plan, your bill won't increase, or with prepaid cards.
The bill only increases on regular plans.
I recommend checking the site: www.waziou.com, which is a super serious reimbursement site, effective, and with ultra-fast payments. Moreover, I think this site is great.
Go take a look and let me know what you think. See you later and make sure to recover part of your plan
with waziou (around 55 to 60%, meaning for every 100 euros spent, you get back between 55 and 60)
    that's it, simple and effective.
