Arteca

Hello everyone, I would like to know if the site "Arteca", which sells boxes, is reliable.
I have only contacted them by email, and before finalizing the order, I would like to know if I will really receive the products after payment. They do not have any legal notices, and you cannot place an order on their site. There are also spelling mistakes.

Thank you for your help.

Yes, very reliable. Great job, really reasonable prices. The translation leaves something to be desired, that's for sure ;)

I would like to clarify that I placed an order in 2012 for 120 boxes, and everything went smoothly.

    Hello,

I am also interested in ordering from this site....but I also have doubts about its reliability.

Did you end up doing it?

    Do you have any feedback?

    Thank you.

Hello, yes we ordered from this site, and we received the order successfully. They are reliable regarding timelines, communicating only by email.
I recommend this site; we had no problems at all.

Thank you all for your responses!!!

    Hello..
No T&Cs... The site seems to be located in Spain (So no protection provided by the various French laws..).
In case of a dispute, it will be difficult but not impossible to assert your rights..
Is the site reliable? Certainly more than non-EU sites like 'slanty-eyed'..
The ideal would be for a TRUE customer to give their opinion... Couldn't find any negative reviews online (which does not guarantee the absence of bugs..).
Is the amount of your order important? It would be best to test with a modest amount.. So let's say 'moderate risk', not more than some French sites whose names frequently come up on forums for complaints..
Advice: only pay with a Virtual Card (E-Card..). This will prevent a third party from using (without the site's knowledge) your card information..
    See you later

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes, I think we're going to try to place an order. The amount comes to 200 euros.
I hope we won't have any unpleasant surprises.

    Thank you very much

    See you soon.

I would say not to finalize it...

    Because:

"We use padding and foam inside padding and foam to protect fragile objects."

If it's a Spanish site, it should be written in Spanish.

To me, it's just an imitation of a site, both in terms of the domain name and the writing.

They only have a P.O. box as an address, I wouldn't have much trust.

Oh really? Where is it written?

For me, the only BP is in Spain.

In the contact section, indeed, yes, it is a P.O. box in Spain.

    Rebonjour..
There is a website in Spanish:
    http://www.cajasarteca.es/
The address includes a P.O. Box but also a street + number: San Sebastian n°1 38 Ubrique Province of Cadiz.

    Hello,

Are there any more recent clients from the Arteca site? I would indeed like to order boxes and would like to ensure they are still doing good work since the last comments in 2012. Thank you!

      Hello Jennifer,

I have the same question, did you place an order? I would like to make an order, but there is indeed very little information on their site...
