Formater packard bell

Bonjour,
J'ai besoin de formater mon pc packard bell, celui ci est assez lent. C'est un easynote et je n'arrive pas à le restaurer comme à sa sortie d'usine car SmartRestore a disparu et f9,10 ou f11 ne marchent pas.. En effet, le pc a été déjà formaté une première fois sur windows 7, c'est certainement pour cela. Merci d'avance
