Explorer.exe sous xp
Bonjour, j'ai un dossier avec des videos et a chaque fois que j'ouvre le dossier meme pas 5 sec apres j'ai un message que explorer.exe a un probleme et doit fermer. Pourriez vous m'aider? Merci

j'ai un pc portable HP dv5000 avec windows xp home edition.
Processeur mobile AMD Turion™ 64 ML-32 avec technologie PowerNow!
DDR 333 MHz, 30Go de disque dur.
J'ai spybot search and destroy , avast , ccleaner , registry first aid demo.
Ca arrive avec n'importe quel fichier video n'importe ou il est place.
Le message arrive juste apres l'ouverture du dossier qui contient les videos.

>>> 2 façons pour vérifier/ réparer les fichiers system. (dans l'ordre):
1°) "démar." > "executer" taper : sfc /scannow
clic "ok" et laisser faire (un peu long)
qd c fini redémarrer le pc
note: si demande d'insérer le cd d'nstallation
*cas de "xp-pro": l'insérer et continuer
* cas de "xp-home": annuler et redémarre en "mod.ss échec" insérer le cd avant l'apparition du bureau (pour éviter l'auto-run)
une fois tout en place refaire la manip.
si résultat négatif:
2°) démarres avec le cd d'install. (en ayant pris soin de vérifier que l'ordre de boot est bien sur ("cd-rom,....")
après un moment Windows te demande de choisir "nouvelle install." ou "réparer"
tu choisis "nouvelle install."
apres un moment il te dira qu'il "a trouvé une « version... » et te proposera de "continuer l'install." ou « réparer »
là tu choisis "R" pour "réparer"
>>> si résultat toujours négatif:
restaur. system. à une date antérieure à celle où tu as commencé à avoir le pb:
"demar." > "ts ls prog." > "acess." > "outils system" > "restaur. de system" > "suivant"
choisis une date et une heure puis "suivant"
laisser faire; ça revient après un redémarrage.
Note importante: si la restauration ne résoud pas le problème retournes à la fenêtre principale de restauration et coches la case "annuler la dernière..." >"ok"....

Mets le à jour en cliquant update now.
Fais un "complete system scan".
A la fin du scan, vérifie qu'il y est bien marqué "delete à côté de chaque malware et clique seulement sur : "Apply all actions"
Ensuite, clique sur "Save Report " puis "Save report as" et sauve le rapport dans tes documents.
Copie/colle le rapport
tu refais un Hitjackthis aussi
