Transfer Xbox 360 games to another USB drive

Hello,

I recently got a 4GB Xbox 360, so I'm a beginner....

I inserted a 16GB USB stick at the back to increase the storage capacity to install 2 Kinect games that were included with the console purchase and everything works perfectly...

My question:

How can I transfer these 2 games installed on my 16GB USB stick to another 32GB USB stick, since the 16GB stick belongs to a friend and I would like to return it and use one of my own!?

I'm worried about losing these 2 games, given my lack of experience on this topic

    A bit late but oh well...
    Transfer the data from one PC, that is, copy your files from your first USB drive to your PC and then copy them to the other USB drive.

    Keep your .dat files backed up on your PC in case of data loss.

    Sometimes it's better to come off as an ignorant fool than to open your mouth and prove you are one.

    Think about it before writing something...

    Hello,
    If an answer can still be useful:

    The Xbox 360 console has several USB ports
    (including those where you can plug in wired controllers).

    The transfer can be done easily, as long as two connection ports are free.

    Here’s my suggestion:

    1-Disconnect USB drive 1 (16 GB) containing the games, to avoid any mishaps.
    2-Plug in to a port the new USB drive 2 (32 GB).
    3-Go to System / Storage and select the new USB drive 2 (32 GB) to format it for X-Box. Since this erases the contents, make sure it doesn't contain any PC files.
    4-Reconnect USB drive 1 (16 GB) containing the games.

    Thus, both drives are connected, constituting two distinct storage options.
    Then just transfer the games from one to the other, or even simply copy them, if you're worried about deletion.
    Because games are owned by a profile and a console.

    To do this:

    5-In System / Storage, select USB drive 1, containing the games.
    6-Select the games and click Copy or Move...
    7-Choose as the destination USB drive 2 (32 GB).
    (Do not interrupt the download)

    Once the games are in USB drive 2 (32 GB), unplug drive no.1.

    There you go.

    According to my sources, even if you left your friend your drive with a copy of the games, you would still be the sole owner, as they are typically linked to the profile that downloaded them, as well as to the console on which they were saved.
    If he used them on his console, he would normally only get trial versions.
    But I haven’t checked recently, so I’m stating this as a caveat.
