Hello,
I have received several calls from +491 57 86 56 06 90, without hearing a single person on the other end... and they hang up by themselves after a few seconds.
The prefix +491 does not exist! The closest one is +49 for Germany. The number would be (0?)1 57 86 56 06 90.
Is someone trying to hack my phone, or what else?
Thank you in advance.

Hello,
The 0 before the numbers is always removed when putting the country code in front.
For France, it becomes +331 23 34 45 56 if the original number was 01 23 34 45 56.
After that, I don't know who it is. In your place, I wouldn't answer anymore (unless you are expecting a call from Germany), and I would take a look at my phone's manual (or download a trusted app) to filter incoming calls, so as not to be bothered by this number anymore.
Line hacking is not possible (you can only use a mobile phone line with the SIM card).
Never call this number BACK (you risk getting a hefty bill if this number is, besides being international, also premium).
